About Lynnae

For thirty-five years, I’ve been helping people create generational family connection.

I believe in the power of play to strengthen individuals and families.

Through my work as a family life expert, I help families create happy, joyful memories and also record and share individual memories through private interviews and video storytelling.

My Story

As an editor and professional oral history interviewer, I’ve helped clients from every walk of life write the book of their lives.

In my work as a non-fiction acquisitions editor for a publishing company, I acquired, edited, and helped publish dozens of books that started out as “stories” and were later turned into books on subjects as varied as perennial gardens, fitness, survival skills, or photography.

I learned something important about authors: There is no such thing as a person who doesn’t have some story or life experience worthy of publication.

The most modest “authors” never intend to write a book. They typically feel their life has been unremarkable. If this seems like you, then I can state with confidence that all you are missing is an interviewer who can listen wholeheartedly and help draw your extraordinary story out of you.

There is something about your story that will change and improve the lives of your descendants in positive, delightful ways.

You can decide who your legacy is for.

Your book of stories will likely never be shared outside of your own family. On the other hand, someone might see the true value in your story and write a screenplay about it.
But one thing is certain: On the day when they need it the most, your story will be there to rescue someone you love from feeling inconsequential. It will build in them a sense of their own identity and will give them an understanding that you survived challenges and they can too. Your kindest and greatest legacy to them is leaving that library of stories behind so they can access it after you are gone. As you turn your heart to them, they will turn their hearts to you (See Malachi 4:6).
What's Your Story?

Let’s work together to record your story for future generations.
